WINE MAKING PROCESS:

purely, through careful soaking and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Further aging in steel tanks and bottle, respectively for 36 and 6 months.

PROFILE:

this classic and noble wine exudes a deep, ruby-red color followed by an aromatic nose and big chewy tannins on the palate

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

tasting at 16°/18°C.
