Wine making process:
the grapes are gently pressed an then fermented at a controlled temperature, following a brief, cold macerations on the skins for 24 hours. The wine, obtained in the rosé version, is aged in steel tanks.
Tasting notes:
It exudes an intense pink color followed by an elegant bouquet with aromatic notes of cherry, red fruits and apricot. It is well balanced on the palate: it is dry and fresh, smoot and persistent, with undertones of peach and an aftertaste of strawberry.
Food pairings:
The Rocca dei Sanniti Aglianico del Taburno Rosato pairs well with hors d’ocuvres, pasta, risotto, fish soup and white meat.
